TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registration fees excludes GST.
Registration is on first come first serve basis as accommodation is limited.
Online registration can be availed via our website www.hrawi.com
Registration Fee doesn’t include hotel room charges, any personal expenses such as spa, laundry, room service, personal transportation, etc.
Every delegate must fill in the Delegate Registration Form and send it along with the delegate fee to the Secretariat in Mumbai. This is necessary to confirm the registration and facilitate hotel room booking at the special rates mentioned.
Registration will not be confirmed until full Delegate Registration fee is received.
Last date of Registration is 30th September, 2025.

Cancellation Fee

50% of the Delegates Fee will be refunded upon cancellation received till 10th September, 2025 up to 16:00 hrs. by means of Letter or E-mail to the Convention Secretariat. No refund will be given after the above mentioned date and time.

ITINERARY / ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Once you register as a delegate and submit your Delegate Registration Form along with payment to the Convention Secretariat at Mumbai, the Secretariat will confirm your registration and acknowledge the receipt of payment. Following registration confirmation, the hotel shall share the booking details directly with you.
